High-End Condominium Fit-out

A two-bedroom unit fitted out around fixed ceiling heights and existing service positions.

Condominium work has constraints a house does not: limited ceiling height, service risers that cannot move, and building rules on working hours. The programme was broken into short windows matching what the juristic person allowed, and the joinery was designed to assemble on site without long stretches of noisy tooling.
