Private Residence Renovation

A 20-year-old house reworked to open up the ground floor and bring in daylight.

The original house was cut into small rooms and darker than it needed to be. The renovation removed the non-structural partitions to combine kitchen, dining and living, and opened new glazing at the rear. The electrical and plumbing systems were replaced entirely, having reached the end of their service life.
